Your bank feed stopped syncing and you need to backfill by hand
A broken bank feed leaves a gap that reconnecting often will not fill. Measure the gap precisely, backfill from the statements, and handle the overlap so nothing duplicates.
Bank feeds versus statement conversion: what a feed cannot prove
Check the bank's CSV or OFX export first. Then read what a feed still cannot do: reach history before the connection, survive a closed account, or check its own amounts against the statement's balances.
Combining checking, savings and a credit card in one workbook
Merging statements is safe when the account identifier survives as a column and the credit card's signs are normalised first. Skip either and the merged file cannot be repaired from itself.
QuickBooks Desktop says your QBO file is not in the right format
Web Connect import errors on .qbo files come from a short list of causes. Work through bank identifiers, repeated transaction ids, dates, OFX flavour and account mapping in order.
QuickBooks Online rejected your bank statement upload
QuickBooks Online's bank transactions upload will not read a statement document. Work out which import path you are on, then build the CSV, QBO, OFX or QFX file it will accept.
